Returns
We accept returns only for standard products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied by us, subject to the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-engineered systems, bulk chemicals, used filter media, and made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless a manufacturing defect is covered under warranty.

Please include your order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
If a replacement is requested and approved, the replacement item will be shipped promptly, subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (defective or wrong item): We will bear the return shipping cost.
- Customer error (ordered wrong item): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
