Why Use Alum?

• Muddy Well Treatment: Essential for households that rely on ground wells. A small dose clears “milkiness” caused by clay or soil runoff.

• Swimming Pool Flocculant: If your pool is green or extremely cloudy, Alum acts as a “Floc” to drop all the algae and debris to the floor for easy vacuuming (waste).

How to Use (General Guide):

1. Dissolve: Always pre-dissolve the Alum granules in a bucket of water before adding it to your well or pool.

2. Distribute: Pour the solution evenly over the water surface.

3. Settle: Allow the water to stand still for 12-24 hours.

4. Remove: Pump out the clear water (for wells) or vacuum the sediment to waste (for pools).
