An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is a 12-month service agreement in which a specialist inspects, maintains and repairs your equipment on a fixed schedule for a fixed annual fee. Also called an annual maintenance agreement or yearly maintenance contract, it replaces costly emergency repairs with planned, preventive care, so problems are caught before they become breakdowns or failed effluent tests.

Comprehensive AMC vs Non-Comprehensive AMC
A comprehensive AMC covers service visits plus preventive maintenance labour and agreed consumables, so your yearly maintenance cost is fixed up front. A non-comprehensive AMC covers inspections, testing and advice, with repairs charged separately.
Every plant is different, so every AMC is tailored. We first carry out a site assessment of your system, then propose a maintenance scope, visit frequency and testing schedule that matches your plant capacity, industry and compliance requirements. Contracts are typically 12 months, with options ranging from Inspection & Advisory only AMCs to Operation & Maintenance contracts with full plant operation by Prudence personnel.
